1. Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as mattresses that have been used or damaged, custom-sized products, or items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for returns.

2. Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may be subject to deductions or may not qualify for a refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
